Paul is a co-founder of Marquee, and applies his leadership and company building skills for Marquee’s clients in the areas of business development, funding structures, intellectual property, as well as the lead interface with private equity, venture capital and warehouse funding facilities.

Courtney Jensen brings an extraordinary range of experience in multiple business functions including finance, legal and audit administration. As the Chief Administrative Officer, she works directly with the CEO and COO on business operations, financial transactions, corporate documentation and contract activities. She has worked with Marquee’s clients to assess their business functions, management roles and client experience; advising on the implementation of new procedures and strategies to promote financial growth. Courtney’s problem-solving business approach has been a vital ingredient for Marquee’s continuing success
David Younglove
Chief Operating Officer
David is a co-founder of Marquee, and oversees all third party client and origination relationships. Since the inception of the life settlement industry, David has spearheaded multiple groundbreaking achievements including the first tertiary market life settlement portfolio acquisition in the history of the industry for a global investment banking institution, and subsequently implemented the resale of that portfolio to another institution completing the first of many full cycle life settlement portfolio trades.
Since 2005, David has led his team to originate, model and/or acquire more than $5 Billion in net death benefit of life settlement policies under origination agreements with large institutional banks and private equity funds. In addition, he advised an international institutional bank to develop and implement a longevity index program and assisted in developing presentation materials as well as processes and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations. During this process he assisted in training and led a team of more than 600 agents across the US to originate more than 3,000 senior studies.
David has led the development and implementation of LivingStar, the Company’s proprietary online life settlement submission and servicing platform. This unique system allows portfolio sellers and buyers to input and view secure real time policy and portfolio processing updates including data input, automated pricing, premium optimization, transaction statuses and mortality projections.
David brings a strong mix of complimentary disciplines. He is a 35+ year student and active competitor in Martial Arts. He currently holds a 6th Degree Master Black Belt in Tae Kuon Do. In his service for the United States Marine Corps, he was an instructor in hand to hand combat and honored in the top 1% of high powered rifle marksmen with a spot on the Marine Corps Rifle Team earning one Gold medal and two Silver medals in national competition.

Chief Executive Officer
Paul J. Moe is the founder of Marquee International which is the operational vehicle for the Company’s multiple equity holdings. Paul was Co-Chairman and CEO of Living Benefits Financial Services, where he led the company in securing its initial funding facility of $400 million from Berkshire Hathaway, as well as a $600 million funding facility from Cargill for its predecessor life settlement company, ViatiCare Capital.
In the finance industry, Paul was instrumental in developing groundbreaking tools at the forefront of predictive analytics. He has successfully secured and deployed funding in institutional debt and equity from multiple domestic and international pension funds, investment banks, hedge funds and private equity funds. Paul was also instrumental in setting up the first custodial and securities intermediaries trust arrangements in the life settlement industry with Wells Fargo, US Bank and Bank of Utah.
In the areas of media and entertainment, Marquee manages strategic partnerships for the creation, management and licensing of intellectual property (IP), technology and commercial IP. Through Marquee, Paul co-founded and acted as founding CEO for FideliQuest, LLC (www.fidef.com) and Mora Global (www.moraglobal.com). Clients of Marquee for IP representation in Japan-Asia have included Paisley Park Enterprises, Inc. (Prince), Nippy, Inc. (Whitney Houston) and RTC Management, Inc., (Diana Ross).
Paul’s business skills are enhanced through his personal passion for the martial arts, achieving his fifth-degree master black belt in Tae Kwon Do in 2017. Competing in Traditional Forms and Weapons for the last 18 years, Paul won 2015 NASKA World Champion in Traditional Forms and for the 2017-2018 competition seasons, won 5 NASKA World Championships in Traditional Forms, Traditional Weapons and Creative Weapons. He embodies the characteristics of a Black Belt, which include integrity, discipline, self-control and perseverance.
